Terms of use

Terms for the SiteRequest business-to-business directory and enquiry service. Last updated 13 September 2026.

About the service

SiteRequest helps property developers, housebuilders, land teams and land agents discover specialist organisations and send enquiries or quotation requests. It is an early-stage service and its features and availability may change.

SiteRequest’s role

SiteRequest facilitates discovery, introductions and the exchange of project information and quotations. It does not provide professional, technical, procurement or legal advice; select or appoint an organisation for a user; act as agent for either party; or become a party to any later appointment or contract. The developer and organisation agree any appointment directly on their own terms.

Directory information and external links

Public listings support initial research. Unclaimed listings may contain limited business information from public sources. Claimed profiles contain information submitted by an organisation representative and accepted for publication after work-email and administrative checks. Neither status is an endorsement. SiteRequest does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of a listing, and external websites are controlled by their respective operators.

No professional endorsement

Appearance in the directory and the “Claimed profile” label do not mean that SiteRequest has verified or guarantees an organisation’s competence, qualifications, accreditations, insurance, availability, financial standing, quotation, performance or suitability for a particular project. Users must carry out their own professional, commercial and technical due diligence before making an appointment.

Enquiries and quote requests

By submitting a request, you confirm that you are authorised to provide and share its information and files, and instruct SiteRequest to send them to the organisations you select. No selected organisation is contacted until the work email supplied is verified. Each organisation decides whether to respond and is responsible for ensuring its response is authorised and accurate. SiteRequest does not guarantee delivery, acceptance, a response, a quotation or an appointment.

Private links and confidential information

Private request and response links must be kept secure and not forwarded unnecessarily. Anyone with a valid link may be able to view the relevant request or quotation. Links expire, and a developer may cancel an active request and revoke future recipient access; cancellation cannot recall information or files already viewed or downloaded. Do not submit personal, confidential or commercially sensitive information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.

User-submitted information

You are responsible for information and files you submit. You must have the necessary authority and rights, ensure the material is accurate and lawful, and avoid content that infringes intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy or other rights. SiteRequest may review, refuse, correct, restrict or remove material where reasonably necessary to operate the service, address a complaint or comply with law.

Profile claiming and corrections

A person claiming or managing a profile must be authorised by the organisation. SiteRequest normally keeps one profile per organisation and can record multiple offices within it. Work-email confirmation proves control of that mailbox only. SiteRequest reviews profile requests before publication but does not verify professional competence. Anyone may report potentially incorrect information without claiming a profile; reports and proposed changes are reviewed before public information is changed.

Enquiry Status

Enquiry Status records only whether an authorised representative has indicated that the organisation is open to receiving new project enquiries. It is not a statement about workload, availability, suitability or ability to meet a deadline. SiteRequest does not infer or assign a status. A confirmed status reverts publicly to “Enquiry status not confirmed” after 30 days, or on an earlier end date supplied by the organisation, unless reconfirmed.

SiteRequest activity data

SiteRequest may calculate factual activity from genuine platform events, including invitation, response and quotation timestamps. It does not fabricate historical activity. Low-volume or unreliable metrics may be withheld. Activity is not a review, rating, endorsement or measure of quality, competence or suitability, and it does not include work handled outside SiteRequest.

Intellectual property

The SiteRequest name, website design, software and original content belong to the SiteRequest operator or its licensors. Organisations retain rights in their names, logos, profile material and quotation documents. By submitting material, you give SiteRequest a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and share it only as reasonably needed to operate the requested directory, profile, enquiry and record-keeping functions.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, impersonate another person or organisation, submit unlawful or misleading information, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the service at scale, interfere with its operation, use it to send unsolicited bulk messages, or use private project information for purposes unrelated to the enquiry.

Restriction and removal

SiteRequest may suspend access, revoke private links, archive or remove a profile, reject a request or restrict use where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, persistent inaccuracy or protection of users. Where practical, SiteRequest will consider relevant evidence and correction requests.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, SiteRequest is not responsible for third-party listing content or for an organisation’s advice, quotation, fees, delay, work, omission or performance. SiteRequest does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

SiteRequest may improve, replace or withdraw features and may update these terms. The current version and update date will be published here. Continued use after a change takes effect means the updated terms apply to later use.
